1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of furniture and related products by Alba Furniture. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided as a guide and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes or natural material variations.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in AUD and exclude GST as stated.
- Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Deposit payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept most payment types.
4. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately for custom orders.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions.
- Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Assembly & Installation
- Professional installation services are included or costs shown separately if requested.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly performed by the customer or third parties.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7. Warranty
- Our Products are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by accidents.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.
8. Custom Orders
- Custom or made-to-order Products require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
- Lead times for custom items vary and will be confirmed at the time of order.
- Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
9. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the Product as outlined in our warranty policy.
10. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, branding, and content on our website or marketing materials remain the property of Alba Furniture.
- You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written permission.
11. Privacy
- We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By placing an order, you consent to the use of your information for order processing and communication.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
